RepIQ is a sales-training application that lets automotive sales and service professionals practice customer conversations with an AI role-play partner. This policy explains what information RepIQ collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using RepIQ, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When your organization provisions an account or you sign in, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password, and we store your display name, role (for example, sales rep or administrator), and the dealership or organization you belong to. We do not see or store your password in readable form.

Training activity and content

As you use RepIQ, we collect the content of your practice sessions so we can run the simulation and show your progress, including:

Technical information

We process basic technical data needed to operate the service, such as your authentication session token and standard request information (for example, the timing of API requests). RepIQ does not include third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

2. Microphone & voice

Voice mode is optional. When you enable it and start speaking, your device’s microphone captures audio so it can be converted to text:

To read the AI customer’s replies aloud, RepIQ sends the AI’s text (not your voice) to a text-to-speech provider, which returns synthesized audio.

3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How your information is shared

We share information only with service providers (“sub-processors”) that help us run RepIQ, and with your own organization’s administrators. We do not share it for any other purpose.

Your organization. Administrators at your dealership or organization can see training scenarios and the results of reps in their organization (such as scores and completion). RepIQ is a workplace tool provided through your employer or organization.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (for example, a merger or acquisition).

5. AI processing of your conversations

To create the role-play experience, the text of your practice conversation is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API. Under Anthropic’s commercial API terms, this content is used to generate the response and is not used to train AI models. The synthesized voice is produced by ElevenLabs from the AI’s reply text. AI-generated coaching is for practice and skill-building only and is not professional advice.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information and training results for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Your organization may set its own retention expectations. When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify its personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

7. Data security

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and database row-level security that restricts each user to data they are permitted to access. API keys for our AI providers are held server-side and are never exposed to the app. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to address issues promptly.

8. Your rights & choices

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. Because RepIQ is provided through your organization, we may direct certain requests to your administrator.

9. Children’s privacy

RepIQ is a workplace tool intended for professional use by adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Where your data is processed

RepIQ and its sub-processors operate primarily in the United States. If you access RepIQ from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of RepIQ after an update means you accept the revised policy.
